Well, we have been matched - and it's a BOY!!
Isaac Jonathan is due to be born February 9th in Texas. We have spoken with his mom, who is very nice, and she is hoping that we will be able to be there for the birth. Right now she is 37 weeks along and they are hoping to induce her after 38 weeks as long as everything is going well.
When the baby is born, we wait 24 hours for his mom to sign the paperwork and then he is relinquished to us. We leave the hospital with him after his mom has been discharged. This will give her some time to be with him and hold him before he comes with us.
We are so very happy - and so very at the mercy of the Lord in guiding us through this unknown process. We have appreciated your prayers so much along the way - and there is still a ways to go!
