1 cm!

Today is Isaac's due date. Only 3% of all babies are actually born on their due date. So of all the days that we thought we would travel to Texas... today was not one of them. I should have put a roast in the crockpot!

We spoke to Rachel last night. It appears that the possible gallbladder flare up was the stomach bug. Poor Naomi, she and her whole family got it... not fun - especially at 9 months pregnant. At her Dr.'s appt. yesterday, they told her she was only 1 cm dilated. That doesn't really mean anything, so she has another appt. Thursday (tomorrow) morning and the Dr. has ordered an ultrasound to check the size of the baby. Those are medical warning words for - "If we think he's big enough that he'll survive it, we might scare you into thinking that he is too big to deliver in a few days, so how about we make an extra couple of bucks and induce you?" So apparently they 'might keep her' depending on the outcome of the ultrasound. In reality, we still have no idea!! We'll update the blog after we hear more tomorrow... in the meantime, we are still waiting...

"For My thoughts are not your thoughts, nor are your ways My ways, saith the Lord." Isaiah 55:8

He knows when and why and why it's when...and I'm sure glad it is Him making the decisions and not me!
